By using HonestPerks you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What HonestPerks is

HonestPerks is a free service that lists offers, samples, trials and sweepstakes run by other companies ("advertisers"). We are not the advertiser, sponsor or seller of any offer, and we don't run any sweepstakes ourselves.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and live in the United States, unless an offer says otherwise. Use your own real email address.

Emails

When you sign up you agree that we may email you about offers. We may send a confirmation email first, and after that we only write when we think an offer is worth it. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Offers and sweepstakes

• Each offer is controlled by its advertiser, under the advertiser's own terms, privacy policy and eligibility rules. Read them before you sign up.
• Offers can change, end or run out without notice. We can't promise any offer is available, free, or that you'll qualify.
• Offers marked "Purchase required" need you to buy something. All other offers are free to start, though some may ask for details or a short task.
• Sweepstakes: no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances. Each sweepstakes has official rules set by its sponsor, and the sponsor alone picks and contacts winners.

Affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission when you sign up or buy through links on HonestPerks. This doesn't change what you pay.

No warranty

HonestPerks is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for advertisers' products, services, prizes or websites, or for any loss that comes from using an offer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to HonestPerks is limited to $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
